.chocolate starts with a Dominican cacao farm with 100 years of history now being reinvented as a sustainable agroforestry.
The history of Finca Tierra Negra spans four generations and is worthy of a book of its own. And now this book will be published - with 52 chapters, one for each week of 2027.
Each chapter arrives with a bar of chocolate — an experience where you unwrap the story and the chocolate at the same pace, week by week. 100 years in 52 weeks.
As the seasons and the story change, so does the chocolate — ranging between 45% and 67% cocoa through the year.
Only 300 copies of this book will be made.
The first bars and pages arrive in December 2026 — in time to give, or to keep. The story begins in January.
*All 52 bars are 140g — a considered daily dose of 20g. All are vegan and use cocoa only from Finca Tierra Negra.

HOW THE CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE WORKS
REGISTRATION
The production limitations and artisanal nature of this experience means that in 2027 we can release just 300 copies of the Finca Tierra Negra book.
We don't want to make it a race of who comes first. While giving our existing community the priority, we also want to give other chocolate lovers time to discover and join this experience.
Over the coming weeks, we will open the project gradually. Each week, starting from May 6th , 10 people will have an opportunity to join the 52-week experience. These people will be randomly selected among those who have signed up. Until all 300 copies have found their place at the end of November.
At the bottom of this page, you can register your interest and be included in the draw. Once registered, you are automatically considered each week — there is no need to sign up again. If you are not selected one week, you remain in the pool for the following ones. If you are selected, you will receive a personal invitation to join. From that moment, you have 48 hours to confirm your place.
PAYMENT
The total price of the 52-week experience is 350 EUR.
The experience includes 52 x 140g of chcocolate and 52 stories. Taxes and shipping within the EU is included in the price.
Once you are invited and decide to join, you can choose if you would like to pay in full at once
or spread the payments into weekly or monthly payments — 30 EUR per month
or 7 EUR per week
SHIPMENT
The 52 chocolate chapters will be shipped in 4 deliveries - December 2026, March, June and September 2027.
The price of the whole experience includes shipping in the EU, Switzerland and Norway. Outside the EU, the shipping cost will vary from country to country.
